We currently deliver only within the European Union.

1. Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped with DHL.

2. Shipping Costs
- Germany: €4.99 (free shipping from €100 order value)
- EU countries: €12.99 (free shipping from €150 order value)
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Times
- Within Germany: 1–3 business days
- Within the EU: 3–7 business days

4. Customs and Import Duties
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on the destination country (e.g. United Kingdom). These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a DHL tracking link.

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
